Welcome to the 5th grade web page. The purpose of

this page is to inform you of upcoming classroom

events and activities, interesting textbook websites,

helpful study tips, and your student’s teacher assign-

ments.   

 

In our departmental situation your student experiences several different teachers during his/her day.  For your reference a list of the fifth grade teachers follows:

 

Math – Mrs. White or Mrs. Nash (depending on your child’s group)

Fifth grade is a year of change and growth in responsibility. Students are now part of the junior high, textbooks are at a more mature level, and the children are expected to  be more accountable for their work, as well as, for their actions.  We have had many great experiences already this year.
